A View from Inside: Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Meet our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team! The HRIS team administers our cloud-based HR software platform, Ceridian Dayforce, to manage and maintain our HR operations across North America. The team is composed of skilled professionals who specialize in HR technology. They manage and maintain Dayforce by configuring and customizing it, monitoring its performance and data quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support to end-users like you.

The team's responsibilities include collaborating with our HR functions to set up new employee records and manage employee data such as job titles, salary and benefits; administering payroll and timekeeping functions; and generating reports and analytics to help HR and business leaders make data-driven decisions. The HRIS team also works with teams outside of HR who use our HR data (Active Directory, SAP, etc.). Our HRIS team is dedicated to ensuring that Dayforce runs smoothly and efficiently so you can focus on your work without any hassles.

We are pleased to announce another avenue for employees to report concerns that you may have about the work environment, safety, ethics or other compliance issues. EthicsPoint is hosted on a secure server by a third party and allows for reports to be made 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, in English, French or Spanish:

Employees are still welcome (and encouraged!) to communicate directly with HR via Teams, email, phone or in-person – EthicsPoint simply provides another reporting option.
