Season of Giving

We support your participation with charities this holiday season and year-round. As a reminder, employee contributions made through the GIVE platform are matched by EDFR for each $1.00 you donate - up to $500 annually - with $1.50, for a maximum total company match of $750 a year per employee. More information is available in the GIVE User Guides and FAQs available here. For PowerFlex employees, see the HR HUB.

Performance Management: 2022 Performance Reviews

Performance Management is an important process for employees and managers to focus on throughout the year. This process provides clarity to employees on what to focus on during the year, and at yearend it showcases your accomplishments by receiving feedback from your manager on what went well, and how you can improve. See the HR/Performance Appraisals site on EDFR Connect for detailed information.

Performance Appraisal Activities:

1. Multi-Rater Feedback (optional, December 1-24, 2022)

Managers should select feedback respondents in conjunction with your employees (ultimately managers have authority over the final feedback provider respondents). In keeping with our core value of Transparency, managers should be prepared to share the unfiltered, raw feedback results with your employees without revealing respondent names specifically, unless those feedback providers elect to identify themselves. Visit EDFR Connect for the Multi-Rater Feedback form and instructions.

2. Self-Appraisal in Dayforce (December 1-31, 2022)

Training Workshops:

•  Thursday, Dec 8, 10-10:45 am PT

•  Tuesday, Dec 22, 10-10:45 am PT

3. Manager Appraisal in Dayforce (January 3-24, 2023)

Training Workshops:

•  Thursday, Jan 5, 10-10:45 am PT

•  Thursday, Jan 19, 10-10:45 am PT

4. Employee and Manager Performance Appraisal Discussions: (February 1 - March 10, 2023)

Manager and employee discuss performance from the past year including goals accomplished and core values demonstrated.

5. Employee Acknowledgement in Dayforce (by March 31, 2023)

If you have questions about the process, timeline or need assistance, please contact Michael Occhicone, Senior Leadership & Talent Development Manager, or your HR Business Partner.

2022 Digital Adoption Platform Valuation

What is this all about?

Our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)/WalkMe is currently live on eight applications, within EDFR and has been supporting users in all business units and teams across our organization. Each month we review user engagement and the value this tool has realized. For 2022, DAP has realized a value well over $1 million! This is attributed to supporting just-in-time learning, strategic and segmented user connection, data and process integrity, production environment guidance, and LIVE change management.

What’s coming next?

The Digital Learning team is excited to partner with the Employee Experience team to enhance the future of our new employee orientation and onboarding by enabling and digitizing specific content with DAP.

How do I learn more?

Digital Learning has hosted two “DAP Showcase” events and is looking forward to our Winter/Spring showcase where any interested party can attend and learn more. Contact Alexa Cordell, Digital Learning Manager, or Joe Busse, Senior Digital Learning Analyst, to learn more or start a conversation about how we can support your efforts!
